We contacted Meaghan after struggling with our 3 year old for over a year.
She was waking several times a night and coming into our room and also waking up very early in the morning. She was constantly overtired (and so were we) and we just couldn’t see how to fix it.
After discussing our issues with Meaghan she put together a plan for us. I was relieved that it was a gentle process that required much earlier bedtimes, a more consistent routine and no more lying in bed with her.
Within a week and a half she was sleeping through the night, getting about 11-12 hours of sleep each night and staying in her room until the sun comes up on her clock. We still struggle with the odd early wake time, but she still has to stay in her room until the sun comes up on her clock. Meaghan contacted us daily to find out how our night went and we would discuss what to do the following night.
I really enjoyed working with Meaghan and will actually miss those daily chats. It was a much simpler process than we would have thought and we should have done it sooner.
Our little girl is doing so well and is very proud each and every morning!
