When I contacted Meaghan, I was desperate for sleep – for my 3 yr old as well as myself.
My Toddler was a great sleeper from the age of 7 months to 2 years. He would consistently go to bed easily, sleep through the night and nap every day. Once he turned 2 he started to get up out of bed a few times a night and come into our room. He continued to nap well but it was starting to become a fight at bed time.
I was pregnant with my second child and just dealt with the night wakings of my toddler. Fast forward a few months with a new baby in the house, I was getting up 3-5 times a night to nurse as well as a few times to walk my toddler back to his room. When the baby was 6 months old I did sleep training with him and right away he started to sleep through the night, but he would wake between 4-5am for the day, this was too early along with my toddler still waking a few times a night. As my husband works away from home for weeks at a time and not having any family close by for help, I knew I needed to get my family sleeping again. Meaghan was recommended to me from a friend who had used her sleep training services with success. I contacted her and started to work with her to come up with a plan. My toddler, to my surprise, was sleeping through the night by the 3rd night of our new plan. I was thrilled and he was a much happier child as I was a happier mom. Next up, we started to work on my baby, trying to get him to not wake so early. Again within only a few very short days, he too was sleeping longer without an early morning waking.
