Before we started the sleep training process, my daughter would wake up multiple times at night for feeding or comfort. The only way she would fall asleep at night or for naps was by singing to her, walking around with her in our arms, or nursing. It would take hours sometimes to put her to bed. Naps were never consistent and much of the time, she slept in our arms (which we enjoyed, but knew needed to change at some point).
I was going back to work in a few weeks and I knew it was time to make a change. I contacted Meaghan and she worked with my husband and I to develop a sleep plan. I was a little anxious at first and hoped there wouldn’t be too much crying! I was surprised how simple the plan was and how easy it was to implement. Within two days, it was already starting to work! And there was really not that much crying.
Thanks to our time with Meaghan, we are all sleeping much better now! My daughter sleeps on average 10 hours a night, sometimes more, without waking and has two consistent naps during the day. She now knows how to fall asleep on her own and I feel better knowing that she is getting the sleep that is so important to her growth and development.
